Air Canada Collaborates with Québec Artists to Create Musical Travel Guides for European Cities

Published May 4, 2024

Air Canada has announced an innovative collaboration with three celebrated Québec artists to introduce musical travel guides aimed at enhancing the travel experience of its passengers to European cities. Partnering with the multi-talented singer Charlotte Cardin, neo-classical pianist Alexandra Stréliski, and hip-hop artist Sarahmée, the airline seeks to curate an auditory journey that complements the physical voyage to Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Paris. These guides are designed to immerse travelers in the cultural essence of the destinations through the personal soundtracks of the artists.

Integration with Spotify

In a fusion of travel and music, these curated playlists will be accessible through Air Canada's enRoute website and, significantly, on the popular music streaming platform Spotify SPOT. Spotify Technology SA, centred in Luxembourg, Luxembourg, facilitates global audio streaming services, extending a platform for Air Canada to reach an even broader audience.

Musical Narratives for the Soul

The initiative promises to transport listeners on a melodic exploration as they resonate with the tunes that find a special place in the hearts of the artists during their travels. It's not just about the destination but the journey, and Air Canada is setting a new benchmark for travel experiences. This collaboration will allow passengers to discover or rediscover the magic of Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Paris through an intimate musical lens, adding an emotional depth to their travel memories.
