BROOKFIELD, NEWS, Feb. 27, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Brookfield Corporation (NYSE: BN, TSX: BN) has announced its pricing for a public offering of $500 million in senior notes due 2055. These notes will carry an interest rate of 5.813% per annum.

Details of the Notes Offering

The new notes will be issued by Brookfield Finance Inc., which is a fully owned subsidiary of Brookfield Corporation. Furthermore, Brookfield Corporation will guarantee these notes unconditionally. The funds raised from the issuance of these notes will be utilized for various corporate purposes.

The offering is scheduled to close on March 3, 2025, pending the completion of standard closing conditions.
