Raffi Ahmad Hopes Danantara Will Boost National Economic Growth

Jakarta - Artist and Presidential Special Envoy for Youth Development and Arts, Raffi Ahmad, expressed hope that the newly launched Investment Management Agency (BPI) Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara) will contribute significantly to the nation's economic growth. This initiative was recently inaugurated by President Prabowo Subianto at the Presidential Palace.

On his social media account, Raffi stated, "It is time for Indonesia to take bold steps by developing national investment power through Danantara Indonesia, which is expected to encourage national economic growth without relying on foreign capital," on Monday, February 24, 2025.

Raffi acknowledged that the launch of Danantara represents a forward-thinking approach by the government to position Indonesia as a country with a strong economic resilience in the future.

"Not only is it about being bold, but also about having an organized, transparent, and accountable governance. With support from all Indonesian citizens as the main stakeholders, Danantara will propel Indonesia towards becoming a nation with robust national resilience," he added.
